‘Relax the Body’ ‘Inspirational Intrusions’ are a selection of one to one complementary therapies designed to offer individuals a revitalising, and for some a new, bodywork experience. There is a growing trend for a holistic approach to employee healthcare and ITS has unrivalled experience in providing this service.

‘Relax the Body’ ‘Inspirational Intrusions’ can be delivered at your place of work, can be received fully-clothed and will fit into a busy working day. They can be offered as a stand-alone service or form part of a ITS stress-management programme.

These ‘Inspirational Intrusions’ offer a chance for your staff to discover something new, whilst relaxing the body and improving their general wellbeing.


There are 10 different 'Relax the Body' ‘Inspirational Intrusions’. You and your staff can select as many as they would like to attend, subject to the programme purchased. A ‘Relax the Body’ experience is always enhanced when mixed with 'Compose the Mind' and 'Inspire the Spirit’ ‘Inspirational Intrusions’.

  • Chair massage - the most popular form of preventative health care in the office.
  • Aromatherapy - the scientific and therapeutic use of essential plant oils to treat ailments and disorders. more info
  • Indian Head Massage - an accessible, convenient and therapeutic treatment that gives instant relief to tension and stress. more info
  • Hot Stone - combines water heated Basalt Lava Stones, frozen marble stones, traditional massage, aromatherapy and hot oil treatment to warm and invigorate. more info
  • Pilates - offers a unique way to develop your suppleness whilst restoring muscular balance and improving your posture. more info
  • Reflexology - by massaging both feet over the reflex areas, practitioners can help to identify impending health ailments while stimulating the body`s natural healing process in order to re-establish balance and well-being. more info
  • Shiatsu - uses the principles of Traditional Oriental Medicine as its theoretical framework, (acupuncture without needles) to restore balance. more info
  • Thai Massage - Thai massage is relaxing and uplifting. It stimulates the release of blocked energy and frees the body's own natural healing potential, thus restoring balance, health and harmony. more info
  • Reiki - is a non-invasive therapy that can be used without fear of any side-effects or overdose. It may be used with confidence alongside conventional medication or natural remedies because it acts in a complementary way.
  • Kinesiology - refers to the science of muscle testing to determine and correct imbalances in the body. It is a holistic approach, treating the whole person physically, chemically and mentally. Using systematic muscle tests, kinesiology reveals the true causes of aches, pains and diseases.
